Use of this website

This website is operated by Naya Gawana Resort & Spa. By accessing or using it you agree to these terms. Content on the site — text, images, and design — is provided for general information about the resort and may be updated at any time. Rates, packages, and availability shown are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us or our booking provider. Please review your confirmation carefully and tell us promptly of any errors.

• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of service charges and government taxes. Any USD or EUR figures shown on this site are indicative conversions only; you will be charged in IDR.
• Packages are fixed programs and cannot be combined, changed, or reimbursed.
• All bookings are subject to availability and reconfirmation by the resort.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation with between 30 and 21 days' written notice: 50% charge for all nights cancelled.
• Cancellation with less than 21 days' written notice: full charge for all nights cancelled.
• No-show or early departure: no refund will be given.

The policy shown in the booking engine when you book applies to your reservation. We recommend that long-haul guests hold appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected changes such as delayed or cancelled flights.

Your stay

• Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 12:00.
• All rooms are non-smoking.

Liability

The resort is located in a remote natural setting adjacent to West Bali National Park. Guests take part in activities such as diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and trekking at their own risk and must follow the guidance of our team and certified instructors.
