Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Naya Gawana Resort & Spa ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or make an enquiry, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind, as many of our guests travel from Europe.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide when you enquire or book — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your stay.
  • Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics (see below), such as your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you view — only if you consent.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and manage your reservation.
  • To provide and improve our services and website.
  • To understand how our website is used, so we can make it better — only with your consent.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the site to function. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site. These analytics cookies are not set until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site. We operate Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising storage is used before you opt in.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our booking and channel-management provider and Google Analytics — and only as necessary to deliver the service you requested.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at book@gawanaresortandspa.com.
