Who We Are
The NAYA Story
NAYA is the discovery of two hospitality entrepreneur-professionals (who became friends over time) to co-operate and offer authentic warm service in the hospitality sector. Possessing similar values, the two professionals, who possess complementary skills, joined hands for management of resorts and hotels. The initial focus is boutique limited-room properties in Bali. Confident in their vision, a developer investor joined hands to support the efforts.
Our service approach is simple — offer a homely, enjoyable experience and memories with genuine warmth and sincerity. Our motto is that our guests should become our family. All our efforts are directed towards befriending our guests during the initial stay, enabling them to return as family time and again.
NAYA — the term means new (in Hindi) and rice-barn (in Japanese). In either language, it conveys hope and connotes good luck.

Its philosophy is based on providing a place for rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul — "Nature Adventure". The property has been designed to fit into its natural surroundings, using indigenous materials as much as possible to reflect the local landscape and architecture of this hideaway destination.

The resort is constructed on three hectares of virgin land, situated in the tranquil Menjangan Bay, on the tip of an unspoiled monsoon forest of West Bali National Park, with its Banyuwedang natural hot spring — a truly divine blessing of an everlasting flow of artesian hot water.
The People
Warmth Beyond the Landscape
Our team is drawn from the surrounding communities of Pejarakan and Gerokgak — people who grew up in the shadow of these forests and understand the rhythms of this coast.
Their warmth is not rehearsed. Whether guiding you through the mangroves at dawn or preparing a candlelit dinner on the jetty, they bring a quiet pride in sharing this place they call home.
We believe that luxury is not about excess, but about presence — being fully attended to, in a place where time moves at the pace of nature.
